1. How Will My Order Be Shipped?
All orders (local or international, except orders in the U.A.E) will be shipped via courier. Orders to the U.A.E. will be sent via Singpost Registered Mail

Singapore orders will be couriered by Ninja Van or any other trackable substitute where necessary.

International orders will be couriered by DHL or any other trackable substitute where necessary.

3. How Long Will It Take For My Items To Arrive?
Estimated processing and shipping times after your order has been confirmed for the following areas are as follows:

Zone 2: Malaysia, Brunei, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Hong Kong 4 – 5
Zone 3: Australia, New Zealand, Japan, North Korea, South Korea, China, Taiwan 5 – 8
Zone 4: Europe, North America, South America. 8 – 12


Note:

  • Delivery times are only estimates and may/may not be the actual delivery standard experienced.
  • Any delay at the destination countries is beyond the control of the couriers used or Singapore post, Natural Pharma Pte. Ltd. and/or Dui Clinique AS.
  • Estimated delivery time applies only to the major cities/offices of mail exchange. Please allow more time for destinations beyond that.
  • Packets, envelopes with enclosures, documents, etc. are subject to customs inspection and clearance.
  • Customers are responsible for all taxes and/or duties that may be payable upon their order’s arrival in destination country.
  • Natural Pharma Pte. Ltd and/or Dui Clinique AS will not be responsible for any order that may be prohibited from entering any destination country due to that country’s laws.
  • For festive posts/parcels to the above major cities, it is advisable to add another 10 working days for courier/airmail to the above estimated delivery time.

4. What Is Your Return Policy?
Due to hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. But we are confident that you will find our products more than just satisfactory!
